I am regularly invited to be a keynote speaker and chair conferences in relation to e-mail, electronic signatures and digital evidence, amongst other topics. I have spoken at the Bar of England & Wales annual conference.

Invited by Francesco Cajani, Deputy Public Prosecutor in the High Tech Crime Unit at the Court of Law in Milan to present a review of the judicial problems in Europe regarding the laws about computer seizure, at the OLAF Symposium 2010 (European Anti-Fraud Office) (Milan, 4-6 February 2010) (in association with the Union des Advocats Européens - European Lawyers Union), entitled Seizure and confiscation for fraud affecting the financial interests of the European Union and computer crimes

Symposia on digital evidence (speaker and joint organizer), the first event took place at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law, 12 April 2008. His Honour Judge Ranko Marijan of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia opened and attended the symposium. The second symposium was held at Vukovar, 11-12 September 2008, where Ante Zeljko, President of the County Court in Vukovar and Branko Hrvatin, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia, both spoke before the symposium began.
