I have organized two workshops for judges and prosecutors upon the request of Counselor Abdul Rahmnan M. Al Baloushi, Director of International Cooperation Administration at the Ministry of Justice, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:
‘Cyber crime’: the program is available in English and Arabic (2 – 3 June 2010).
‘Electronic evidence’: the programme is available in English and Arabic (10 – 11 May 2009).
‘The implementation of Community regulations in national legislation: IT offences in the strict sense of the word and offences committed using IT’, at a judicial seminar entitled: Investigation, Prosecution and Judgment of Information Technology Crime: Legal framework and criminal policy in the European Union, held for judges and public prosecutors specializing in dealing with cybercrime, organized within the framework of the European Judicial Training Network, (Tuesday 25 November 2008 to Friday 28 November 2008 at the Hôtel Jean de Bohême, Durbuy, Belgium). I undertook a training film on electronic signatures for the Judicial Studies Board in England & Wales. It is distributed as a web cast from the Judicial Studies Board web site. (2006-2007).
